Agency Process

At Citrus Sitters, LLC., we pride ourselves on hiring quality team members to provide exceptional care to our clients and their families. Unlike many other babysitting agencies, we do not take a percentage of the earnings from our sitters who are providing care. Instead, Citrus Sitters offers memberships to our clients. The fees associated with our membership levels cover the time and effort it takes to individually screen and train quality and experienced caregivers for our clients. 

All Citrus Sitters clients are given the option of membership versus non-membership. Our membership levels provide priority with sitter selection, requesting dates, and guaranteed care (with 48 hrs notice), while also unlocking additional discounts. Citrus Sitters has two membership levels: ​Gold​ and ​Silver (see Membership tab for more info)​. 

Each membership level is accompanied with an annual or bi-annual renewal fee (fee differs based on level). This fee is to be paid before any temporary and/or emergency services can be provided, and is paid in addition to each sitters hourly rate. 

Members of the Gold and Silver levels enable on-call care, holiday care, newborn care, and overnight care for no additional fee. These levels also provide eligibility for other discounts throughout the year including: Game Day Sitters events, party / event services and other special requests.
